July Cohort of AWS Cloud Clubs is Now Open for Applications

THIS MONTH we are thrilled to announce the the 2nd cohort of AWS Cloud Club, a global initiative run by Cloud Club Captains. AWS Cloud Clubs are student-focused, peer-driven user groups for post-secondary level students worldwide. Cloud Clubs are open to any learner age 18+. This is your chance to become a Cloud Club Captain by transitioning your current AWS Club.

🐣 This cohort is dedicated primarily to transitioning an existing AWS-focused student-led club. If you are currently leading a campus club that focuses on AWS technologies and would like to onboard it to become an official AWS Cloud Club, read on.

AWS Cloud Clubs are student-run and student-driven communities. They offer unique opportunities for Captains to connect, collaborate, and upskill in AWS technologies. As a Cloud Club Captain, you will lead your local student audience and launch initiatives to foster a thriving tech Cloud Club in your region. To support your journey, we provide access to exclusive resources and connections to various communities.

🐣 If your club transition application is accepted, we will ask you, as a potential Captain, to audition for your Captaincy by writing answers to a suite of questions and by recording a short video to showcase your presentation skills and knowledge of AWS.
