I always like to do more hands on practices which help me remember and understand better. Below has many good and easy to follow workshops for many AWS and partner services:

Just remember to do the last CLEAN UP step to delete those resources you do not need AFTER the workshops. I did a workshop a few months ago with Sysdig and EKS but forgot to delete IGW (which was to ship the EKS metrics, data to Sysdig monitoring), so a few more dollars till my billing budget alerts showed up.
