What surprises you most about the community builders program?
The passion of people sharing their AWS knowledge in all different areas and willingness to help each other.
What’s your background and your experience with AWS?
I've spent the last 6 years at my company iplabs migrating applications from the data center into AWS cloud and then modernizing them. Now we have kind of mixture of the classic infrastructural stack (EC2), Containers and Serverless. I have two passions : Java programming language and Serverless and love to talk about those (sometimes in combination).
What’s the biggest benefit you see from the program?
The biggest benefit for me is to share my knowlegde and get to know and learn from other AWS Community Builders much smarter than me.
What’s the next swag item that you would like to get?
AWS branded Tshirt with the autograph of Werner Vogels or Jeff Barr (or both) would be very nice :)

Is there anything else you would like to say about the community builders program in 2022?
I'm extremely thankful for being the part of the program since the beginning and being accepted for the 3rd year. Huge thanks goes to the program leaders: Jason, Lily, Ernesto, Shafraz and others who made and are still making this programm very special and help the AWS Community Builder to meet each other, learn from each otherand grow together.
Looking forward to an AWSome 2023 ahead.
