It is 2021 and virtual hackathons is a hot new trend among big industry names and people who have just arrived into the environment of the IT industry.
Major League Hacking which is short for MLH is a global hackathon community. They have three major events that happen worldwide. Learn, Build and Share (names are rumored to be changed). Each year they empower their programmers who are called "Hackers" to build anything of any scale and merit. They don't judge anyone's work on a base of merit. Hacks as small as a hamster and as big as the empire state building are welcomed.
Which brings into queue my experience with MLH and the hacker. About 2 months ago, I participated in MLH : Build. It was by far the most thrilling week of my life. Met amazing people, found different communities, worked on so many different software and tools, built numerous amounts of projects that I never even thought of.
I ended up on the leader boards with the 13th position. Now with the same charisma I am back and prepared to tackle any challenge. Just the environment that MLH creates is amazing in itself.
