That's so true! It is interesting that company's see it this way in my humble opinion, because bugs cost so much money to fix compared to catching them early and some of the "perfect" parts mentioned would actually help developers be more productive in the long run.
We live in such a fast world with high expectations that priorities are made for devs by people not on the team :D
