It happens that fresher struggle very badly only because they do not belong to a well-maintained family. It becomes too difficult for them, and they ask for reimbursement for transportation and lunch. It makes them fail to continue their internship, and they quit. Indeed asking for compensation from your boss is quite embarrassing or scary, but you can claim your expenses from the expense report instead of abandoning your internship.

Many students have a shy nature and thus do not ask anything from their seniors, and they follow the same thing at the new office culture, and it becomes worse when they have a lot of tasks assigned for the day. In an organization, it happens you accomplish the assigned task with the best knowledge and college experience, but sometimes the seniors do not use your work. Indirectly it indicates that your work was not necessary. It not only waste your time but also demotivates your efforts and discourage you. So if possible, you can use that work some other day or adjust it to another task to save your time.
6. No Response on Your Performance
Every intern or fresher is curious to know how am I performing, or am I acquiring the right path to achieve my goal, or should I work more on my skills? These questions must be answered to make them feel motivated or polish their skills as an organization wants.
7. Healthy Competition with Colleagues
Every office environment varies from each other, as some have a collaborative and supportive atmosphere, and some have a healthy competitive climate. When the freshers or interns are ready to flaunt their skills or have the potential to get the job, their office colleagues create so much pressure, and it becomes more stressful and bothering to perform a task and perform excel in the same. So it will be better to be creative and implement new ideas and thoughts to impress your seniors.
8. A New Lifestyle
In college life, there is no responsibility, no assignment help situation, or no burden, and thus students enjoy the lifestyle and get habitual of the environment. After achieving the degree, they enter into the corporate world and join offices as an intern. This phase gets a drastic change in their lifestyle, as they have to get up early in the morning, reach the office on time, and have to be prepared for their task and complete them before the deadline. They struggle in adapting the new lifestyle and face so many challenges being a fresher in the company.
