Trello is an easy to use project management tool which uses a KANBAN system for its visuality. It is lightweight, has a great collaboration and clear interface, mobile friendly and tracks tasks easily.

Though its free version doesn't have unlimited boards, lacks reporting tools and customization, It is best used for personal projects and small organizations.

Clickup is a project management tool that uses a two factor authentication to ensure all projects are safe by adding a security layer. Despite its steep learning curve because of its complexity, complicated interface and it's inability to be used on a mobile app, it is best used for freelancers.
