The last article I wrote was about getting started in tech and this one is about telling you how tricky the journey can be. Whether you are switching careers or improving your skills, getting into tech can be a very tedious task. The first thing is that you will have a lot of information to digest. This information can be coming from various social media platforms. It could be Twitter or Facebook/Meta… You get what I mean.
I am writing this article to let you know that there is a lot to do on your journey to becoming the successful Engineer you want to be. For instance, you need to do the following:
Being a good engineer refers a lot to the way you interact with people or communicate with people working with you.
The way you are interested in the growth of the juniors and willing to help them achieve it.
But at the end of the day, the journey to Software Engineering is only what you want it to be or designed it to be. But, where can it be tricky? It becomes tricky when the amount of information we digest shapes the way we think and approach problems. It shouldn’t be so.
Amongst all this information, find a way to describe who you are and keep up with your values. Because, trust me, you need to be the master of your destiny and no one else.
