Do all the small and urgent tasks first at the beginning of your workday. Your brain is fresh (usually) in the morning, and jumping between contexts shouldn't be a problem.
Do 1 or 2 big tasks for the rest of the day. Keep focus, if something happens, put it off for tomorrow.
