9. Worry about yourself
Do not take work home with you. Leave it at the door. When you are off the clock, worry about you and anyone close to you. Take time for your mental health. Get out, go walk in a park or safe area. Read a book that interests you outside or at a coffee shop. Also don't neglect fitness, even if you start with just walking.
10. Mold the next generation
Volunteer to teach others in your community. If you can't find a place that hosts coding lessons or programming sessions then create one. Make a good slide show, see if a place will let you host there with low or no cost. Or volunteer at a local highschool after school program to get kids into tech.

You can go directly to the template here: notion.so/templates/journal
To use it in Notion you will have to be logged into an account (individual plans are free), and then I recommend you download the desktop app.
From there you can start a new Journal space by creating a new document and selecting the 'Templates' option and searching 'journal.' Then just click the 'Use this Template' button 😊
I do have individual page templates I've created for various Journals I keep. It would be too much detail to go into here, but I think I will write a post covering how I organize and use my 'Work Journal' knowing you have more interest 👀😊

That's a really great story. I definitely agree with point 4 we should ask as many questions as possible. Nobody should remain silent and blocked unable to work on tasks. It's better to get clarification and figure out what you should be doing instead of waiting for a solution to magically appear.
Indeed. But searching and try your best to understanding first is important also. If it is a blocker, then ask, although it is a stupid question
