GitHub's Open Source support

There's already 2 years since Microsoft has acquired GitHub, and now, it's not really news that the most used private OS owner are involved with great open source software development, even releasing some Windows compatibilities with the Linux kernel

Even though, it has been very recurent to see GitHub's moves for this cause. They raised this flag and are working hard to show support of OSS communities.

After their participation on Arctic Vault Program (with what I also got my badge), they wrote a rich guide for OSS maintainers and now came with this new ReadME project to share "stories of personal growth, professional challenges, and lessons learned—the journeys you might not see behind projects you probably use every day"

I always got glad to watch Open Source philosophy growing and hope to see it trancending boundaries of software universe, reaching other society experiences soon!
