Honestly, not much has happened since the last blog post.
As far as the new job goes, last week was dedicated to tweaking the prompts. As I said, I'd started the previous Friday on implementing the new class format that I'd wanted to implement at Comigo, and I managed to get that done. In a nutshell, each prompt has a base prompt, persona, and goals. With these things together, the bot can have a specific voice/knowledge base to go for, and then specific goals to know when it's done.
I reworked the old prompt to the new format and it worked pretty well, I'd say. Much cleaner responses, and it knows its goals. Still working on a clearer completion criteria, though, so it can automatically stop the sequence and go on with the following step.
After that, I got to the other prompt that would generate a script that would get passed along through text-to-speech. Again, I can't go into specifics as to what that's for, but it's a crucial piece to it, so I refined that prompt and fit it to the new format as well. I think it produces nicer and more consistent output, though.
Friday, I talked with our two psychologists about our future goals with the app, and I think we have our work cut out for us which is definitely exciting yet daunting. Hopefully we can make it to the seed round this time.
Otherwise, on the continued job hunt side, nothing too interesting. Just a couple of screeners. I can't seem to make it to a second round with any of them for some reason. Besides Zillow, with whom I have a Hackerrank interview this coming Wednesday.
Anyway, as always, until next time, cheers.
