This website embraces most of the sets listed here and many more - icones.js.org/ - and with little to no effort you can every single one as pure SVG or like a component for most popular JS frameworks. There is really no need to remember any other links than this when it comes to free web icons.
If you are using react, there is a very good library you could use for Icons, that is react-icons. You guys can find more about here: React Icons
