Hi Kate, thank you for sharing this one. I think the number 3 is often overlooked, but actually it's very important for us so we can keep being happy at work (and therefore deliver better results). Sometimes I'm bit hesitant to share my problems because I'm afraid I'll be judged as incompetent & have some obsessions to get all things done by myself. But surprisingly, lot of my colleagues are helpful to get the things sorted out.

! I have the same problem from time to time, but when I was a junior I had it ALL THE TIME! I thought was something wrong with me. As I became more experienced I realised two things:

For a manager it's one of the hardest tasks to keep people happy. Everything else can be figured out, but people are miracle species :)
