Nice list! We recently explored a few of these while implementing an AI chatbot for customer service named KE Chatbot. It’s impressive how far these tools have come in terms of flexibility and local model support. LLMChat stood out for us too especially for quick testing without much setup. Curious to see how others are using it in production.

Yes, that's exactly why these tools are useful. ChatGPT became popular because it made it easier to extract necessary information and with these tools, we have slightly more control especially for developers.
