Given that I already have several light bars, my opinion and experience with these types of products are excellent. Quntis asked me to review one of its latest products, and this review will cover the screen bars' feature set, performance, and overall value to assist in determining if they are right for you.
Unboxing and Setup
The screen bar was relatively effortless to unbox and comes only with a few items, as shown below:

Setting up the screen bar requires very little work and can be done within minutes. There is an integrated clamp that lets you attach the screen bar to your desk. Previous screen bars that I have used or owned didn't have a built-in clamp because screen bars are generally designed to sit on top of your monitor. This screen bar is also the second screen bar I own, which comes with a plug because this model doesn't get its power from a USB port.
Already, I see a couple of advantages to this setup: for one, the screen bar does not sit on the monitor, so if your monitor can rotate vertically, you can use it in that position once more.
Also, having the screen bar plug directly into a power socket frees up a USB port that a user might have used to power it. However, this could be a disadvantage, too, because now you lose some flexibility of having a USB port to charge it, and you are obliged to use a power supply.
Design and Build Quality
The screen bar is designed to impress with its stylish design while complementing every home office or workplace. It features high-quality aluminum and ABS construction, making the lamp durable and offering excellent heat dissipation. The unique folding dual light bar can be turned 90° on each side for a broad lighting range without actually being bulky.
The lamp includes a 360° flexible gooseneck that provides precise adjustments so you can direct the light precisely where you need it. I found this to be really good for creating unique lighting, which cannot be done using traditional fixed-screen bars.

There is a convenient power button on each side of the light bars, which you can see here; it would have been even better if one button had turned both on and off with a single click, but it's okay.
Competitive Landscape
Among the screen bars available and the ones I have tried, this Quntis Double Head LED Tall Desk Lamp is unique in terms of its dual light bar design, a wide range of lighting modes, and high energy efficiency. Though some screen bars provide the same value in brightness or adjustability, very few offer the same level of personalization or flexibility.
One important fact worth mentioning is that my monitor is mounted to my desk right at the back in the middle. This screen bar also needs mounting to a desk, and it would be at the back of the desk in the center, giving even lighting across my entire desk. If my monitor were on a stand, then it would not be a problem; however, obviously, there is not enough room to have both clamped into the middle of the desk, so I had to attach the screen bar on one side.
It's an OK position, but it's still weird for me. Of course, I can get used to it over time. I could clamp it on the side of my desk, too, but it feels like it would be in the way. This screen bar would work and look best if it were entirely centered on a desk or in a side corner if your desk was in that position.

It is also ideally suited to corner desks, and it drastically improves the lighting in those areas. You can still make it work if it is off-center at the back of your desk. I need more time to see how that works for me. I have plenty of screen bars to choose from, regardless, and Quntis makes many different models, so you will no doubt find one that suits your requirements.
