Just beginning

Hey there! I'm just new (here and with web developping).
I'm just starting my first project, a landing page for real state building, for my other business and I have a doubt on how to start.

I've already made a sketch of the page, now, how do you usualy do the projects?
Should I make all the sctructure in HTML and then start stylish with CSS or should I do it simultaniously?
Like, make de header and stylish it before start making the rest of the page?
