Take a good design in Figma take it to flutlab.io/ it will generate a full flutter project for you but you will have to debug it because it will not be responsive for all screens , routing also will be missing.Google search all things that you dont understand and focus on that project.All i said previously is valable if you installed flutter with an ide.Go to api.flutter.dev/flutter/material/E... for short tutorials explaining a concept. Follow youtubers like youtube.com/watch?v=Q67qNgSVVpA or youtube.com/watch?v=Pp3zoNDGZUI and you will know a little bit everyday.Thats what i did.
