Today, we had our first daily standup meeting and we could finalize the following things.
- We created a Firebase Firestore project and defined and agreed to a Data structure that can be used as the backend of our system. It is the initial structure and it might be changed with the requirements.
- We had an issue with our Sprint 1 backlog that will take a considerable amount of time and we were finding a solution for that without removing any user story. Then we decided to proceed with the Nation end dashboard as a Mobile App instead of Web page since web development needs more learning curve than Mobile app.
