You're correct. I read up about it and it seems that while it was part of earlier IE releases, they stopped bundling all of those Core Web Fonts. I guess Courier New is the only monospace web-safe font, then ¯\(ツ)/¯

Andale Mono? I have around a thousand fonts on my Windows 10 box assembled over many years. Andale Mono is not amongst them.
