What is the best way to join Google as an engineer with 2 yeras of experiecne?
You will need a referral. At that level most likely you are looking at Intern / University Grad role.
One option is to join an Intern program at Google; this will give you some time to ramp up and onboard with internal processes. As @jobclout mentioned below, the other way is to get a referral from an existing employee. You can search online on the TeamBlind app for anyone willing to refer you.
