How to Prioritizing Tasks for Programmers
- Tasks you are the bottleneck for. If people cannot work until you finish your part... these should be your first priority so everyone is productively working in tandem.
- Tasks you can delegate - outline the task and send it away!
- Tasks you have to wait on others for. Like submitting a trouble ticket or applying for developer account or API access.
For the rest of the tasks, schedule your most complex for when you are at your mental peak each day.
