It's a fantastic comparison, thank you! I definitely wouldn't be able to achieve agility in my team without a good Kanban Board, like kanbantool.com/ for example. It helps immensely in communication, contributing immensely to the strenght and coordination of our team ;)

A good board is definitely useful!

We found that a physical board has the nice effect of people noticing movement. When you are in the same office and someone stands up to move a ticket, everybody can notice and proactively pick it for review, e.g.

A physical board makes it hard to do remote / home office, though.

Is your team colocated? Do you also have a physical board?
