Don't use Nest.js

Just don't use it. You will thank me later.

Solution

  • Use express + separate dependency injection library

I spent about 6hrs trying resolve dependency injection issues, and still it's not resolved, they have the worst way to manage dependency injection and it doesn't even work.

Module/Import/Export/Controllers what not.

This can be made so much simpler that it actually works. Just using plain express with any dependency injection library is much better than this. I started using it cause I liked the decorator usage, seemed familiar as I work with .NET a lot. Other, than that it's just a combination of bunch of libraries.
