In tech, there's a lot of focus on learning technical skills and very little focus on soft skills. Hard skills are great, don't get me wrong, but I personally believe soft skills are really what keep you on the job and get you promoted.
According to a study by Harvard University, 85% of job success is attributed to well-developed soft and people skills. This means that only 15% is credited to technical skills, the 'hard skills' we often prioritize.
