I find also that everyone has different opinions on testing in general and as your team grows you may have less oversight on everything going on. I like that you have some criteria available for when you should think about an E2E test because those are easily recorded/stored somewhere and you can distribute them easily.

Absolutely! I like the idea of recording some guidelines in a company/team wiki for what sort of workflows would be "critical" vs. "non-critical."
