Many of the problems we encounter as programmers, are caused by not splitting up work into small enough parts. Way more problems than I ever expected.
I also enjoy how the speaker challenges the assumption that we're "special snowflakes" who shouldn't be interrupted. All knowledge workers need time to do what they do, and need to concentrate, not just programmers.
