If you are a programmer/web developer then you definitely should follow these YouTube channel.
PS. The list is not in any specific order
FreeCodeCamp - FreeCodeCamp is a YouTube channel with about 4.5 Million Subscribers and 1200+ videos. They uploads all sorts of programming related tutorials from various creators.
Fireship - Fireship is a comparatively fast paces YouTube channel. Its great if you already know the basics. Because he doesn't waste time by going over obvious basic stuff. He also have a 100 seconds series which is awesome and a must checkout.
Web Dev Simplified - Kyle from WDS(Web Dev Simplified) grew on YouTube real fast thanks to the quality of contents. He uploads step by step tutorials of Web Development and React.
Kevin Powell - If CSS is your thing then Kevin is the guy you're looking for. He has the best tutorials when it comes to CSS.
The Net Ninja - Contents of Shaun are so good that people says they are better than most paid courses of Udemy and other platforms. He has lots of playlist covering Web Development step by step.
DesignCourse - Gary Simon not only creates coding related contents. He also teaches UI UX with great examples. He also does live UI UX reviews. So get your website reviewed ASAP.
The Coding Train - The Coding Train is probably the most unique channel in this list. His contents are like nothing else. So I won't spoil. But you gotta check him out.
Now by no means I am as good as these YouTubers but I am a small content creator who is learning something new everyday. And I will really appreciate it, if you check it out.

Shameless plug, here is my small YouTube channel too, I am almost at 1k subscribers 🙌
Great I hope your channel grow fast
Glad you liked it.
Thank you so much!
No problem. Keep up the great work. You'll grow the fastest if you make videos based on the most popular languages, use popular keywords, and check out the cover image on the most popular coding videos. (Well those that don't already have a super loyal following. There is a tread.) Just keep grinding, you'll do great.
Many many thanks for your blessings

Kyle doesn't have a youtube channel, but he has a podcast specifically to help freelance web developers. He also just put out a course with Brad from Traversy Media and it is worth every penny, (also very well priced) but his twitter account and blog are full of HEAPS of info. kylep.co/

Love fireship. Those 100 seconds videos are amazing to get a general (very quick obviously) overview of something ☺️
If you want to be a good programmer stop watching Youtube.
It all depends on how you use it.
Code Garden is fun also
Wish someone would make a list for all non-tutorial focused youtube channels as well. Vlogs like jomatech and etc that have a comedic vibe are a few things im looking for right now. lol
