Microsoft Store downloading error?

I can download "Python 3.11", but can not download Wechat.

Error raised: "It is error on our side."

Tried the solution mentioned in this page that reset Microsoft Store, does not work.

Solution

Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc, backup the host file if you want, then delete it.

It is weired that all lines in it is commented out. Why deleting it makes everything work...
