Jira for tasks (kanban), Github for PR reviews, Whereby (sometimes Teams) for video calls, Telegram for chat, Outlook for email. It works great for our agency (from devs perspective), but I think the point is how you use it, not what.

jira+teams+mail+github each is great, but all together is way to much,... in my opinion
