Concept of a local e-commerce site where locales can purchase and have delivered goods locally from the local store.
Concept of a non profit that includes both a social network and learning sections.
Concept of a social network for apartment complexes. Features would include chat, posts, community cookbook, maintenance tickets. Tenets would have pay services such as trash collection, grocery delivery, and product assembly.

I would love to work with other like minded individuals on my projects. I would like to help out on your web related projects. I am new to coding, been at it strong for about a year. I love to learn new things but would really like to firm up my foundation.
