Adam Neidlinger

Most of my experience is with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, and Java. I've also taken a class in Python, and soon a class in C++. I'm refocusing on JavaScript a bit because I've realized that I sort of lost my grip on it after learning PHP. I've gotten pretty good (for a beginner) at Android Studio.

I'm really into learning and understanding OOP design. I understand it when I'm reading through code that someone else has created, but designing something myself leaves me a bit like a deer in headlights: I don't know which way to go. So that's my main focus, but I'm always learning other things too. Current side-interests are AJAX and Angular, and almost always the newest CSS developments. Casually perusing Kotlin.

Building my personal website at the moment. I'm trying to decide what to include beyond a portfolio. And I'm also trying to figure out what's too much or not enough. And is the design ok? But you already know that with design and engineering, we're never quite satisfied with the output because it can always be improved somehow!

Talk to me about anything, really. I'm up for learning and sharing new concepts. I don't stop until I really understand something. And I'm always looking for a project to work on. I'm the worst (best?) at not knowing what to build. Ever. 😁
