You are forgetting OPS support guys, first line of defense that puts out fires, which either DEVs created on SW level, QA folks missed, on OS level that Sysadmins didn't care about or missed.Meanwhile automating and making life easier for system operators... QA is nowhere near that knowledge of the system and tools...
