A great way to improve your wrist and tendon health is to stop murdering your keyboards. One great way to do this is to adjust the delay buffer of your stdin of your keyboard.

defaults write -g InitialKeyRepeat -int 10 # normal minimum is 2 (30 ms)
defaults write -g KeyRepeat -int 1 # normal minimum is 1 (15 ms)

Besides being able to type in the 120+ WPM range; you learn that force != velocity. force in this case has infinity high diminishing returns.. Over a week of powering through this I developed a new style of typing which broke a lot of terrible habits.

I know the title sayes 0ms, as i assure you if you use a mechanical keyboard like i do; then you will be pleasantly surprised that it is in fact as close to 0ms as i can get without speeding up the electrons. If anyone finds a work around to this let me know ;)

Thank you for reading, and I hope you enjoy this hack.
