I find Inversion Of Control (IOC) to be too abstract and, as a result, confusing.
Also a 'Bean' is a confusing concept in Java world for newcomers. It seems that the name has nothing to do with reallity.
The word "bean" in programming needs to die. I'm all for puns, but this one was taken wayyyyy too far.
