That's another great platform - and you make a really good point. It can be really hard to convince an employer to hire you if you lack professional experience (which isn't exactly a standard scale anyway - 3 years at one place isn't the exact same experience as three years at another, even within the same industry.) Proving your chops on a place like Kaggle or even Stack Overflow is a demonstrable way to show your value. Thank you for your input, especially as a hiring manager!
