How do you START with web design? When you actually get a job??? OR EVEN....
To even do do “free” work, to get into the flow of it. I’m looking for jobs like that, but it dosnt seem to have that many opportunities without “3-5 years preferred”

When you look at a job requirement there's a whole lot of advice I can give, but two major things right off the bat when you read a job posting
Every job, even for fresh grads asks for 3-5 years. Its a quirk of how this whole process works. So look at that number, subtract 5 and if you fit, then apply.
The second one is highlighting there are no standard titles in our industry, so if you look for "Junior" or "Entry-level" you'll be filtering out every company who simply doesn't use those titles. So, to cast the widest nest, anything that isn't a "Senior" role is fine.
Even if the ad asks for "3-5 years of experience", you sould apply. You have nothing to lose. I landed my first job with an advertisement asking for at least two years of experience. That I didn't have.
Hope you'll find fast. Good luck.
