Some (like YouTube) don't have a good alternative, but you can use DuckDuckGo as a wrapper so you don't get tracked directly.

It's worth noting that even if you don't use a single Google product, Google still tracks you through the web using Google Analytics which are installed on most websites.

I removed Google analytics from my own website and replaced it with some rudimentary DIY stuff. I really wish more people would do that.
