I know I'm late to the party, but, thanks to this post, I switched to Horizon. Looks nice.
So I made this theme for personal use about a year ago or so.
Couple of weeks ago I decided to put it on the market for other people to enjoy.
It's called Laetus and you can download it here.
I've been using citylights since 2017, It's beautiful and comes with a icon pack as well.

Dracula is nice for the ability to have consistency across tools.
I've been using City Lights but I'm considering Field Lights Theme and Outrun right now.
I recently put out a theme called Kaia, so it is my favorite (clearly biased). I took what I liked from Monokai and tried to make it more readable. Feel free to check it out and let me know if you like it.
