Is there a way to create templates for GitHub repositories?

Looking through GitHub's documentation, I see plenty of info on pull request templates. Is there a way to accomplish something similar with readme templates for newly created repositories?

One of numerous challenges I face as an aspiring programmaester is getting my hobby projects from idea to working prototype. I have a hunch that starting my projects in a more structured way (or even a more consistent decision-making process for deciding if am idea is worth exploring) would help me overcome this obstacles.

Would love any feedback here. If you would prefer to instead tell me I'm overthinking this, I'll like you and respect you for it 🤙

I don't think there's a literal template but there are resources to help.

CSS and JS Are at War, Here’s How to Stop It

There are a lot of people who love both JS and UX/CSS. If we stop labeling people just as “JS developers” or “UX developers”, we can achieve a ceasefire in the current “JS vs. CSS” war and achieve a mutually benefiting peace.

Go to the "misc" section of your settings and select night theme

P.S. If you sign up, you can also customize your feed based on technologies and devs you care about.
