Looking through GitHub's documentation, I see plenty of info on pull request templates. Is there a way to accomplish something similar with readme templates for newly created repositories?
One of numerous challenges I face as an aspiring programmaester is getting my hobby projects from idea to working prototype. I have a hunch that starting my projects in a more structured way (or even a more consistent decision-making process for deciding if am idea is worth exploring) would help me overcome this obstacles.

There are a lot of people who love both JS and UX/CSS. If we stop labeling people just as “JS developers” or “UX developers”, we can achieve a ceasefire in the current “JS vs. CSS” war and achieve a mutually benefiting peace.
