I've been rocking a 60% layout for three years now and love it. Cant remember a time where I missed the other 40%. Usually it actually feels like it's at least 120% of a full layout as it has a mod later that is easily accessible without shifting fingers.
I love the 60% format. My only gripe is that if I need arrow keys for a while my hand starts hurting, but thankfully that doesn't happen too much anymore!
