The support for new automated application modernizations is now available in AWS Application Migration Service. AWS Application Migration Service allows quickly rehosting applications on AWS. It automatically converts your source servers from physical, virtual, or cloud infrastructure to run on AWS.
Configuration for application modernization can be applied before server migration. The following features are now supported:
- Conversion of CentOS to Rocky Linux distribution.
- Change SUSE subscription to AWS-provided SUSE subscription.
- Configure disaster recovery on migrated servers
