The quality I admire is leadership. Steve Job is one of the most successful entrepreneurs. His story is inspiring, not just because he founded the company Apple, but also the way he overcame all the obstacles and disrupted industries with iPhone.
He is a charismatic leader with millions of followers around the world to buy Apple products. He has great presentation skills to demo the products. He dared to drop out of college and made decisions that he thought it’s right. He was able to follow his curiosity and intuition to study calligraphy which affects the design of the first Macintosh computer.
He had a vision of the future and figured out what to do with his career and did what he loves. Pixar is one of the most successful animation studios that he founded and his great work came from his ability to do what he loved. He had the philosophy to make big life decisions and be an independent thinker.
Lee Kwan Yew is another person that I most admire. His leadership made Singapore a better place for the people. It was a difficult time in the beginning, but he took the responsibilities for his people. He overcame all the struggles and time has proved that his vision was right.
He contributed to generations of people in Singapore with a better standard of living. He was inspiring and gave great speeches. He dedicated his life to the country and people are proud of him. He led the change in uncertainty and he was a capable man with the charisma to do so. He is a legendary figure and he is influential. He was determined and sincere.
His leadership brought the independence of Singapore and fought with the dark forces and crises. He faced an alive or dead situation and he had the courage and instincts to overcame these. He stood up and fought against the communist party at that time with his political skill. He built trust and credibility during the crises. I wish to have the qualities of these two great men to build a better world for other people.
