Hey, great question!

AT stands for Assistive technology, it covers a range of different things that someone may use. Things like a screen reader for example, or braille reader. Even some physical hardware can be considered AT.

For the range of this post, "AT" is mainly referring to screen readers, and possibly something such as a braille reader as well as other AT which reads content from the web in some shape or form.
