I made a contribution!
It is quite intimidating when first contributing to an open-source project, especially if you're beginner. Where do you even begin? What if your first PR is rejected (it probably is) and you would get laughed at (you probably wouldn't)? The trick is to find projects that needed help and find the smallest things you can do. It could be reporting a bug, continue a discussion, or suggest closing an issue.
It's more than coding
(ofc it's more satisfying contributing this way :p)
