I had a wonderful time creating this real estate glossary for this project. Making the terms populate dynamically meant that I was able to extract the data instead of manually...typing...every...single...word and letter. YAY!
The bootstrap modals were a great fit for displaying the definitions and terms. Implementing them in JavaScript was quite simple as well.

It is certainly beneficial for several categories of people. Still, there is a benefit for those who buy and invest in real estate. The high interest and annual rate are cruel to those who can take a loan and not pay it back for more than ten years. Even if you take out a home loan without a mortgage, the repayment will be too much for the monthly expenses. This is the most advantageous option.
