I like your site. The landing page is filled with good content without being too busy. I think the only serious criticism I would make is regarding your 'About' page. Looking at your 'About' page I did not get a feeling on what your expertise was. I was looking for a sentence, paragraph or even a list of skills. What are the Youtube vids about? What are the medium articles about? I did follow the your link to Linkedin but (my personal preference) was just to see all in one place.
