Do you plan to get a job at SpaceX when you're done studying :D ?

I have to say, the product doesn't inspire me as much as consumer electronics. I'd much rather get a job at a company where it's product is continuously used by people on an everyday basis.

Yes, outside of rocket engineering entirely.

Where do rocket engineering and software development intersect?

Hi Ben, thanks for your question. The intersection occurs at implementing any sort of autonomous behavior in response to sensory input onboard the system. I believe this is classified as embedded programming in the software world. Examples include self-landing rockets, spacecraft docking, etc.

Hey! My bachelor's is in Production Engineering. Some of my professors told me that making Aeroplane/Rocket parts is a very difficult thing.

Can you tell any stories from your experience ???

Hey Aswath, thanks for your question. Since I don't have much experience in production, I can't speak to any personal experiences in terms of manufacturing these parts. However, I can tell you that the complexity of manufacturing stems from the environmental conditions (temperatures and pressures) these parts have to endure. Think of high altitude flight, vacuum of space, and speeds needed to escape the Earth's gravitational field! Not to mention all the friction space capsules encounter on re-entry into the atmosphere. All this while trying to keep precious cargo (human life) relatively comfortable on the inside!
