Just own up to it. So many people decide to point the finger instead. It’s one of the worst aspects of working in tech, but is also part and parcel of conducting business in a capitalist society. Be above it. Own your mistakes. Learn from what happened, take action to correct the mistake, try not to repeat the same mistake twice. Old habits die hard, some people will never learn, but that doesn’t have to be you.
