I encountered this at a previous job and spoke with the person privately and let him know how his code review style was coming across and that it was hurting the team morale and trust. Regardless of whether you feel comfortable doing that or not, it’s always helpful to have a broader conversation about code review expectations as a team in a way that doesn’t call anyone out individually.
